Job Description SALES REPRESENTATIVE (full-time): Wanted for established, BBB accredited roofing company. Specialize in residential roofing, high-end remodeling and restoration of residential and light commercial structures . Restoration & Roofing is not only an insurance damage restoration roofing company but we work on several other projects such as entries, garage doors, and additions to restoring existing buildings or new construction projects. We have achieved success through developing strong relationships with both homeowners and insurance companies. By training and developing strong sales representatives, our reputation precedes us in the communities we serve. The qualified applicant will poses the following skills and abilities: --Honesty and Integrity --Punctuality --Detail Oriented --Outgoing --Computer literate --Positive attitude --Excellent sales abilities --Have reliable transportation --Excellent communication skills --Ability to meet deadlines Responsibilities: •Working directly with home owners to assess their exterior storm damage. •Educating home owners on the insurance claims process from start to finish. •Developing lasting relationships with both homeowners and insurance professionals and following up consistently. •Setting and managing expectations throughout the restoration process. Requirements: •Desire to help individuals through their claim process. •Self discipline and motivation to work every day. •Ability to function both independently and within a team environment. •Superb time management and communication skills. Our production and support team allows our sales professionals to focus on sales, customer service, and building relationships. Our training process equips our sales professionals with the tools needed to close deals and have a full pipeline. Our pay structure is commission based. Our splits are very competitive in the industry- offering bonuses, and sales contests to promote competition and team work. Experience in sales, construction, insurance, or claims is preferred.
